Both Freedom Pharmacy and Cystic Fibrosis Pharmacy believe that quality pharmacy services extend beyond simply providing medications. We demonstrate this ideology through our exceptional services, quality products and competitive pricing. We provide each patient with a quality team made up of a licensed, consultant pharmacist, who is certified in disease management, nurse clinician, and reimbursement specialist, to ensure patient needs are met and that care is constantly monitored.

Our pharmacies believe that disease management is based on the theory that people with chronic diseases obtain the greatest benefit from their therapies when all caregivers involved communicate with each other on a consistent basis. With that in mind, we created our Circles of Care programs that embrace a team approach. These programs integrate the patient, their attending physicians and our pharmacy services to keep everyone fully informed. This inevitably results in improved patient outcomes.

Our pharmacy services include:

  • Consultant pharmacist on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
  • Delivery to home, doctor's office or other convenient location
  • Planned monthly delivery of medications and supplies
  • Delivery notification prior to delivery
  • Injection training and continuous patient monitoring
  • Disease-specific patient educational materials and video tapes
  • Dedicated reimbursement specialists that ensure claims are submitted to appropriate payors to reduce patient's financial obligation
  • Assistance in compassionate and discount drug programs
  • Complete line of exclusive natural supplements available

Our pharmacies involve all of a patient's physicians to maximize communication, so that only the most appropriate medications are prescribed for treatment. We maintain a complete patient medication profile at all times. The patient is monitored for allergies, drug interactions, and proper medication dosing regimens. Suggestions are often made to the physician for new products or better medical equipment that may be beneficial.

Our nurse clinician handles injection training and assists the pharmacist in continuous monitoring of the patient, which increases patient compliance. We can deliver anywhere withhin 24 hours via insured national carriers. We are accustomed to special handling, such as refrigeration and special packaging.

Freedom Pharmacy is affiliated with the Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA), however, both Freedom and Cystic Fibrosis Pharmacists provide custom-compounded medications, allowing the physician to prescribe custom-dosing formulations for the unique needs of a specific patient. Customized compounding allows the pharmacist to combine medications in a single-dose delivery system, or to add flavor for ease of administration.
